Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance do I need to order?

We require a 48 hour minimum lead time on all charcuterie board orders, but we recommend placing a few days in advance to ensure your order is prioritized. 

Do you have vegetarian boards?

Yes. In addition to vegetarian boards, we also offer gluten free and nut free boards upon request. However, all boards are assembled in a kitchen which is not nut free. 

  

Can I keep a board in the fridge overnight? What is the lifespan of a cheeseboard?

We recommend enjoying the board immediately after receiving it. Cheese is intended to be eaten at room temperature, however leaving the box out for more than 3-4 hours can lead to spoiling. We cannot guarantee freshness of boards beyond the day of receipt  

How far in advance do I need to book an event with you?

For custom event orders, we require at least 1 week notice. If your event is within one week, inquire via email about last minute availability.

Where is your delivery radius?

Boards are picked up from our commercial kitchen located at

We do offer delivery free of charge within a 30 mile round trip radius of Kingsville, Maryland 21087. If you would like to have your order delivered from outside of this range, email us at info@fullcircleboards.com to check delivery availability. 

I rented a board from you, how do I return it?

In order to receive a refund of your board deposit, board rentals must be returned to our commercial kitchen location at

Joppatowne, MD 21085

within five business days of your event.

 

We are currently booking boards, boxes, tables, and events for 2024. To secure your special event date, fill out the below contact form with your requested date, time, board/box/table selection, and any special requests and we will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm and finalize.
